General Guidelines on Protocol and Administrative Arrangements
The information contained in this Guide is for the benefit of the Bureau, Parliamentarians, Support Staff, Diplomatic Representatives stationed in the Republic of South Africa, the organs of the African Union and any other persons involved with the work of the PAP.The Eleventh Ordinary Session shall commence on Monday, May 18, 2009 and end on Friday, May 29, 2009. All the sittings and meetings shall take place at the precincts of the Pan-African Parliament. The Draft Agenda for the Eleventh Ordinary Session shall be distributed to all Members upon arrival.
